Wealth Management & Insurance is looking for a Senior AI Transformation based out of Madrid.



You will partner with business, Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, redesign processes, embed safe and effective prompting practices, and scale solutions such as Copilot, agents and AI-enabled automation across Private Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Support Functions. We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Define and execute AI transformation plans for one or more WM&I; domains, ensuring alignment with business priorities, platform strategy and governance expectations.
- Identify, qualify and prioritise AI use cases across the wealth lifecycle, including banker productivity, advisory support, knowledge management, document automation, operational efficiency and control enhancements.
