Your responsibilities will include:



Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.
Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.
Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.
Collaborating with Airbnb's Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.
Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.
Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
RequirementsEnglish level: Proficient (C1)Preferred secondary language: Italian, Spanish, or FrenchMinimum of 18 months of experience as a Team LeaderAdditional languages are a plusBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceGood people skillsStrong presentation, analytical and problem solving skillsA team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skillsConsultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plusPassiona
