We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist to join our team in Malaga (on-site) and work on an exciting project within the medical and healthcare industry .

As a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist , you will:
Provide back office and administrative support for a project within the medical and healthcare industry.
Ensure all information is correctly recorded and maintained in the relevant CRM and internal systems.
Follow established processes, procedures, and quality guidelines.
Meet agreed quality standards, productivity targets,



service levels, and deadlines .
Are native or proficient in Dutch and have a good level of English .
Have previous experience in Back Office, Administration, Operations, Data Processing, Customer Support, or a similar role .
Enjoy working with information, processes, and digital systems.
Are comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools .
Are able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Are comfortable working with targets, deadlines, quality standards, and established procedures .
