As the very first marketing hire dedicated to this region, you own the results of the content you create.
You will have full ownership to build, scale,



and adjust the company's presence through native-sounding content, strategic creator partnerships, and high-impact local execution.More specifically, you will:Write and optimize high-converting Spanish copy for the website, localized landing pages, and newsletters.Craft engaging, hook-heavy ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that actually get people to sign up.Hunt for, pitch, and manage regional Spanish influencers and content creators to build authentic partnerships.Run the Spanish-language social media channels with a fresh, consistent posting rhythm.Work closely with the general performance team in Vienna to give them the perfect local assets they need to scale ad budgets.
