The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Supervise daily inventory control, cycle counting, and bin quality auditing operations, ensuring complete physical and digital stock synchronization across the fulfillment center.
- The Scope: You will directly lead Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, managing cycle count schedules, resolving system-versus-slot discrepancies, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.
Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets
To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:
- Inventory Accuracy Execution: Manage shift operations to achieve and maintain top-tier physical and virtual stock accuracy metrics across high-density storage zones via structured, continuous cycle counts.
- Discrepancy & Root Cause Resolution: Rapidly investigate and resolve system stock blocks, missing items, or bin mismatches on the floor, eliminating inventory adjustments and preventing order short-picks.
- Floor Leadership & Safety: Oversee daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to high-bay aisle and MHE safety protocols (PRL).
