Working closely with the Director of FP&A;, CFO, and senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Data, you'll support strategic planning, fundraising, and Preply's journey toward IPO through rigorous, business-focused analytics.What you'll be doingPartner with the FP&A; team to provide analytical insights that shape strategic planning, forecasting, and company performance.Deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations that support leadership decision-making,



fundraising activities, and Preply's roadmap toward IPO.Develop forecasting models, scenario analyses, driver-based models, and opportunity sizing to evaluate strategic decisions and quantify financial impact.Connect Product, Marketing, and Operational initiatives with business performance, identifying the key drivers behind revenue, profitability, and efficiency.Conduct deep dives into business performance to uncover growth opportunities, operational improvements, and emerging risks.Partner across Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and the Data Chapter to establish a trusted, consistent view of business performance and key metrics.Continuously improve analytical frameworks, business metrics, and decision-support models that enable scalable, data-informed decision making.What you need to succeed5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
