audit program commitments and internal coordination needs, in order to ensure regulatory compliance, operational consistency, reliable follow-up, continuous improvement and effective support to the organization's safety and compliance obligations.Tasks & responsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for Compliance Monitoring projects and initiatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to completion.
Coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and keep priorities aligned.Manage communication and regulatory interactions with AESA, EASA, and other authorities, handling submissions, documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups while working closely with auditors and operational teams.Create and maintain clear and engaging Compliance communications (articles, updates, bulletins), making sure information is accessible and relevant across the organization.Keep the Management System Manual and all Compliance document
