The position oversees multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts.
Strategic Market and Product Development: Lead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze impact of the strategy within the product team.
Product Execution and Monitoring Data: Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on product performance and development effectiveness; ensure data-driven decision-making across teams.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship,



and performance evaluations with clear goals and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with HR on budgeting, hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing product team with multiple squads.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication.
~ Data fluency: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc.
~ Experience with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, VWO, JIRA, and product documentation.
~ Background in UX/UI principles and accessibility standards; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical MSc is a plus.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
