A Senior Key Account Manager is a strategic commercial leader responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of high-value integral OEM customers focusing on the integration of Eaton’s Power Management and Control Components (PMCC) portfolio within the data center cooling and infrastructure market.
The PMCC portfolio includes a broad range of low-voltage electrical as Miniature Circuit Breaker MCB , Molded Case Circuit Breakers MCCB, contactors, fuses and Variable Speed Drives VSD, enabling safe, efficient, and reliable power distribution and motor control.
The role focuses on building long-term,
trusted partnerships while driving Eaton’s growth by securing early engagement in OEM customers’ design, technology, and investment roadmaps.
Success in this position goes beyond short-term revenue delivery. It is defined by the ability to position Eaton as a preferred supplier, influence customer platforms at an early stage, and create sustainable, long-term business value. Acting as a business partner, the Senior Key Account Manager owns the overall customer relationship, ensuring alignment across operational, management, and executive levels, while driving cross-functional initiatives internally.
In addition, the role contributes to team leadership by mentoring and supporting local account managers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
