Markin is seeking a research-focused data scientist to bridge the Research Lab and the product team. You will prototype uplift, doubly-robust and off-policy methods on real enterprise data, and hand them off to the platform team when they outperform the incumbent.
You will design robust offline evaluation pipelines that survive production, publish internal notes or external papers when warranted, and mentor engineers on causal thinking and experimental design.
