The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the success of our Dublin and Madrid offices, while also partnering with one of our General Sector Heads.

This is a highly visible role at the heart of the business. Working closely with Partners, Office Heads and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic financial insight, challenge and guidance to support decision‑making, improve profitability and drive sustainable growth.

More than a finance specialist, you will be a trusted adviser who can translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations, influence stakeholders and help shape the future direction of the business.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Heads of Office for Dublin and Madrid, providing commercial finance support and insight
