What you do:
Own the technical engagement lifecycle: current-state assessment, target architecture design, migration strategy, solution scoping, delivery governance, and measurable outcomes.
Steer data modernization and migration efforts: define migration roadmaps, sequencing, and cutover plans, and make the key architecture and tooling decisions.
