Role Description The Senior Auditor role is a full-time, on-site position located in New York. This role involves leading audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment, testing internal controls, performing substantive procedures, and reviewing workpapers for accuracy and completeness.



The Senior Auditor will prepare and analyze financial statements, identify findings, and develop practical recommendations to improve clients’ processes and controls. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising junior team members, coordinating with client management, and ensuring that audits comply with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and firm methodologies. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit practice and supporting advisory and tax teams when needed.
Qualifications
Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge, including familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and relevant auditing standards.
Experience in planning, executing, and reviewing audit engagements for clients in diverse industries.
Ability to analyze complex financial information, identify risks, and propose sound, practical solutions.
