Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our international clients within the staffing sector.
Source, screen, and interview high-potential candidates to fill various Dutch-speaking jobs across Europe.




Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with a premium consultancy experience.
Utilize professional networking tools and our proprietary database to identify top talent for our clients.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between hiring managers and prospective candidates.
Stay updated on recruitment & staffing industry trends to ensure we remain the leader in international placements.
Achieve individual and team-based KPIs while contributing to the success of our integral recruitment team.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
An eagerness to learn the professional recruitment & staffing industry from the ground up—no prior experience is needed
