We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a German Speaking Recruiter - No Experience Needed position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various German-speaking roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and career guidance.




Utilize professional networking platforms and recruitment databases to identify high-potential talent within the recruitment & staffing sector.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between hiring managers and applicants.
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in accordance with our premium internal standards.
Contribute to team targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance in high-quality candidate placement.
Represent Mercier Consultancy Group as a brand ambassador, providing a world-class candidate experience.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to excel in the recruitment & staffing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for success in German-speaking jobs.
