Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lobby Ambassador Intern to join the SLS Barcelona team. Under the guidance of the Front Office and Guest Experience teams, you will act as a key point of contact in the lobby,



delivering exceptional guest service from arrival to departure and ensuring memorable first and last impressions.

You Will

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
Maintain a visible and engaging presence in the lobby, acting as a brand ambassador.
Support valet operations when needed, including assisting guests with luggage handling, room escorting, and providing in-room orientation when required.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize their experience by recognizing preferences and requests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with check-in/check-out flow by supporting the Front Office team during busy periods.
Monitor public areas to ensure cleanlines
