• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
Commercial Governance and Communication Protocols
• Lead the Change Control process and coordinate weekly commercial meetings with our client, as well as ad-hoc meetings with our client contractors.Review and validate milestone-based payment schedules for our client specialist contractors, agreed during procurement and by contract (e.g., refrigeration, racking, oxygen systems).
Change Management and Instructions
• Review and agree on the cost and time impact of all Change Orders with the GC, specialist contractors, the DF, and our client.
• Review and validate milestone achievements for specialist contractors for compliance.
Site Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
