You will lead Real Estate strategy across Europe and the US, while ensuring our Central Europe hubs; This role emphasizes strategic and operational management of our integral Real Estate portfolio and Facilities operations,



with a supportive focus on employee experience initiatives.What You'll DoReal Estate Management:Own the end-to-end Real Estate strategy across all Perk offices in Europe and the US.Lead office searches, openings, moves, and closures, ensuring alignment with company culture, headcount growth, and operational needs.Negotiate leases, renewals, and contracts with landlords, brokers, and property managers, securing favorable terms while protecting Perk's interests.Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of all Real Estate projects.Align Real Estate decisions with broader Workplace, Finance, and ESG strategies, including sustainability and cost-efficiency goals.Develop and manage emergency response, business continuity, and health & safety plans across all sites.Own Facilities budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Experience Support (Secondary Focus):Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, including office look & feel, workspace layout, food & beverage
