such as underwriters, claims handlers, and other business teams across Zurich. Lead end-to-end research activities across multiple projects, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing, insights synthesis, and recommendations. Contribute to the design and validation of innovative experiences, including conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and emerging digital solutions. Partner with UX/UI designers, product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure user insights are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
