Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management. Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users. Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders. Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology. High level of conversational and written English (B2-C1).
