Join usResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments.Troubleshoot, analyze,



and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications.Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment.Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services.Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and process improvements.Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions according to business needs and internal standards.Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with local and general IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers.Act as an escalation point
