Job DescriptionThe Compliance Specialist in the Regulatory Team will be responsible for market analyses and regulatory license applications for new regulated markets as well as maintaining our existing licenses along with providing support to various stakeholders in relation to internal and external compliance queries.With your solid understanding of the business and regulatory licensing, great collaboration, and communication skills, you will be the point of contact to coordinate between the regulatory authorities and the commercial, compliance and HR teams in Evolution for licensing obligations, best practice, and regulatory development.Assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards in existing and newly regulated markets.Stay up to date with regulatory development and best practice in compliance control within and outside of the company.Identify, document and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with compliance requirements and comply with regulations in relevant jurisdictions.Develop project plans,



reports and schedules to relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget.Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of regulatory standards and licenses. QualificationsAt least 2 years in a compliance related role, preferably in the gaming industry with knowledge of gambling products.Regulatory Compliance experience with various European jurisdictions is a mustFluency both written and spoken in English is a must, whilst additional languages will be considered an asset.
