Your primary goal is to contribute to Qonto's success by delivering an exceptional employee experience to all our Qonto team members - with a strong focus on our Spanish talents. You will be a key figure for our Barcelona office,



acting as the on-site representative of the People team and the go-to presence for Qontoers and managers locally.As a member of the People Operations team, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day HR matters of our Qonto team members in Spain. Your role involves managing HR-related matters and becoming a strong partner for the entire team by:Serving as the reference person for HR-related topics, including Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Legal, HR policies and processes, HRIS, and more.Acting as an advisor on local legal practices and Spanish labor regulations, notably supporting the HRBP team on the ground.Please note that this opportunity is not available for full remote work.
