and infrastructure managers globally.DescripciónSupport the Integral Project Manager in the execution and delivery of international railway infrastructure projects.Design, develop, and optimize railway fastening systems and rubber-to-metal components for demanding operational environments.Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, reports, drawings, and design documentation.Coordinate technical activities with customers, suppliers, testing laboratories, manufacturing teams, and internal stakeholders.Support product validation, qualification testing, certification processes, and technical approvals.Analyze product performance, investigate technical issues, and provide engineering solutions.Contribute to innovation initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and new product development projects.Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning, and field implementation phases.
