DescripciónLead the finance function during the pre-opening phase, defining financial processes, controls, policies and reporting structures.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and long-term financial modelling.Ensure full compliance with Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations,



statutory reporting requirements and labour-related financial obligations.Provide detailed financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies and internal controls.Drive performance management, profitability analysis and cost optimisation initiatives.Maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors and external regulatory bodies.Lead, develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Collaborate closely with international headquarters and ensure alignment with general finance policies and governance frameworks.Support future growth initiatives, investments and operational projects.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles.Previous experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Finance Manager or equivalent.Mandatory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally luxury hotels, luxury resorts or high-end hospitality
