Implement data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging market insights and internal metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
Identify emerging trends in talent acquisition, recruitment technology, and digital hiring solutions.
Sourcing & Senior Hiring Utilize direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, industry networks) to attract hard-to-reach candidates.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior-level roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Develop innovative candidate attraction campaigns to target both active and passive talent.
Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on role profiling, talent mapping, and recruitment strategies.
