Our client, a sustainable and people centric multinational company leader in the chemical industry based in Barcelona, is currently seeking an experienced Supply Project & Transformation Manager to lead supply projects within their dynamic multinational organization. The role is based in the Barcelona headquarters, offering an opportunity to drive change and efficiency in our supply chain operations.Manage and execute Supply Planning projects in the BU, with European focus.Implement the OMP system in the Supply Planning area to enhance the processes.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Plan and drive activities to move from current planning procedures to the newly designed planning processes.Develop region planning team capabilitiesAnticipate transformation risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and escalate when appropriate.Ensure a good communication and integration with demand/Bus, manufacturing, procurement,
