Reporting to the Vice President, Development HIC EAME,
the Director of Development will lead business development efforts to expand Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s portfolio of managed and commercialized all-inclusive hotels and resorts across the EAME region. The role will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and executing long-term hotel management and franchise agreements, while developing a strong regional network to support Hyatt’s strategic expansion plan.
• Lead Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s expansion strategy across EAME to grow its portfolio of managed and commercialized hotels and resorts.
• Source, negotiate, and execute long-term hotel management agreements and hotel commercialization agreements.
• Lead all aspects of the business development process, from the identification and assessment of opportunities through negotiation and execution.
