Develop strong supplier partnerships and contribute to the company's purchasing strategy and business performance.Manage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, qualification, development, performance, and risk management.Lead or support end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, and implementation.Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and secure long-term value.Analyze supplier markets, pricing trends, and industry developments to support strategic purchasing decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Projects) on demand planning, specification management, and Make-or-Buy decisions.Maintain purchasing data, supplier records,
