The RoleThe HR Manager, IBP Site in Suria, Spain is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy to enable business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The role ensures that ICL Spain has the right capability, structure, culture, and leadership in place by aligning HR strategy with business objectives in a unionized, operationally intensive environment.The ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, with strong presence in operations (plant, mine, and offices).Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic and operational plans through effective workforce and people strategies.Translate business strategy into HR roadmaps, policies, and initiatives aligned with corporate and regional objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and people-related decision-making.Lead organizational design, workforce transformation,
