An important multinational company specializing in Cash Management and Automated Cash Handling Solutions is looking to hire a LATAM Business Development Manager to drive business development across the Latin American market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new distributors, and expanding the company's presence across Latin America by building strong business relationships and contributing to the company's international growth.
This position requires extensive travel throughout Latin America, representing approximately 80% of the role. The remaining time will be spent coordinating business development activities. Therefore, we are specifically looking for a professional with full availability for frequent international travel, as this is a fundamental requirement for success in the role. Ideally,



candidates will come from the cash management, cash handling, payment solutions, retail technology, security technology, banking equipment, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and acquire new distributors and business partners across LATAM.
Present and promote the company's automated cash handling solutions.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close distribution contracts.
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with the distributor network.
Support the company's expansion into new LATAM markets.
Provide commercial support and onboarding assistance to distributors.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
