Product Manager – Job DescriptionSCRM – LIDL Digital HubAbout the roleWe are seeking a strategic Product Manager to champion our Design System and App Release initiatives. You will be instrumental in contributing to the strategy and roadmap for the One Design System (ODS), for its scalability, governance, and seamless adoption across all SCRM squads and countries. You will also be a link between business needs, design vision, and development execution, focusing on delivering consistent, accessible, and high-value experiences across all channels, both in-store and online.Reinforce product communication and promotion within stakeholders.Coordinate release delivery with the squads for effective Release management.Handle Content management, including creating tasks for countries in Lokalise.Assist the Product Owner organizing negotiations for delivery and development of components, collecting feedback across countries and squads, as part of Stakeholder management.Required Skills ð§Complete professional fluency in English.Familiarity with Jira,
