Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain distributed, fault-tolerant storage systems for large-scale cloud infrastructure.
Build and optimize high-performance block and filesystem storage solutions designed for demanding workloads.
Develop and improve virtualization components involving virtio-blk, virtio-fs, QEMU, vhost-user, and performance-critical I/O paths.
Work on high-throughput networking between virtual machines and storage systems using TCP and RoCEv2/RDMA.
Design and implement storage capabilities including replication, consensus, self-healing, and data migration.
Analyze and optimize system performance to support sub-millisecond latency, millions of IOPS, and extremely high throughput.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across software, storage, virtualization, networking, and operating-system layers.
