The Vice President of Integral Commercial Operations & Transformation (m/f/d)
leads the Global Sales governance and transformation agenda, positioning
Hellmann at the forefront of digital-enabled, insight-led and commercially
driven selling. This role owns the sales processes and digital product roadmap
(including CRM and sales tech stack) and drives agentic AI across the end-to-end
lead-to-cash/retain lifecycle. The VP optimises customer engagement across
digital and relationship channels, ensuring scalable growth via data,
governance, and strong adoption.
ABOUT THE JOB
* Owns sales governance, KPIs, analytics and forecasting
* Owns the CRM and the full sales technology stack,
ensuring standardisation, adoption and optimisation
* Leads the end-to-end Sales Transformation and redesign of processes, ways of
working and enablement
* Owns and prioritises the digital product roadmap for all sales processes with
clear business impact
* Leads organisational change, adoption KPIs and cultural shift to AI-assisted
selling
* Acts as Sales AI champion, governing AI use and managing the portfolio of AI
agents and co-pilots
* Deploys AI and digital solutions across the lead-to-cash/retain lifecycle.
* Optimises the digital customer journey combining digital channels and
relationship selling
* Partners cross-functionally (IT, Product, HR) to drive commercial performance
and transformation
