We are looking for a talented part-time or full-time Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team, at our Barcelona office. Our group’s CEO, COO and CFO need to be able to focus on what really matters. You serve as the link between the top management’s vision and the team’s execution. Your job is to analyze, resolve bottlenecks, coordinate and anticipate so that nothing falls through the cracks.




RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic management support
Prepare and facilitate management meetings (Executive Committee, OKRs, Board), and coordinate quarterly All-hands meetings.
Own and monitor dashboards to steer efficiency across destinations and companies.
Track KPIs (marketing, finance, tech, etc.) and produce actionable reports; challenge assumptions.
Be accountable for the OKRs process, with our People Director.
Conduct ad hoc analyses of the market, competition and business model when decisions require it.
Prepare presentations for quarterly All-hands meetings, investors, partners and key events.
Represent top management on certain internal matters.
Facilitate and coordinate AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions.
Project management
Lead certain cross-functional initiatives and projects (CSR project, AI & Productivity Champions program, etc).
Track progress on projects priorities, identify deviation
