We are currently seeking a Project Manager - General Medicine to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project activities within our General Medicine portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource management to stakeholder communication and risk mitigation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients in a fast-paced general environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets,



and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.
Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organisational objectives.
Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
Driving effective project governance and ensuring adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
Managing project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing client expectations and business objectives.
