About the role
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager-EMEA to join BSI’s People team, leading operational HR delivery across a multi-country region.
Reporting to the VP People Operations, you will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support and a positive employee experience across the region.
This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, balancing local employment requirements with integral policies and ways of working. You will work closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric people operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a people leader with strong HR operations experience within a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach,



and develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators across multiple countries.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
Manage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards.
Act as an escalation point for complex or non-standard HR matters, partnering with specialist teams where appropriate.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and People team colleagues across the region.
Support and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes and people-related matters.
Drive consistency in HR processes, controls, documentation, and operational standards across the region.
Lead the regional implementation of global HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring local relevance and compliance.
