Business Analyst - SAP HCM - User Maintenance Tool Employment Area: Location: Employment Type: Your Responsibilities Central Control & Administration: Support in the setup, expansion, and continuous development of central SAP user and authorization services for the companies of the Schwarz Group, specifically focusing on the daily use of the User Maintenance Tool. Role & Authorization Concepts:



Creation, customization, and maintenance of user-defined roles and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and adjacent SAP systems in compliance with SoD (Segregation of Duties) rules, as well as their mapping within the User Maintenance Tool. SAP PA/OM Integration: Support and conceptual design of authorization structures in the area of SAP HCM/HR (PA/OM – Personnel Administration & Organizational Management), as well as mapping of organizational assignments.
