As a Senior Legal Counsel, Antitrust, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational legal support on global antitrust and competition law matters. Reporting to and supporting the Head Global Legal, Antitrust, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with EU and international regulatory frameworks, partnering closely with business,



public affairs and regulatory teams to enable compliant commercial strategies and support effective risk management across the organization. By navigating complex regulatory and policy environments and helping represent the company's interests with external stakeholders, you will contribute to protecting and advancing the business while fostering a strong culture of compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:
Antitrust & Competition Law Advisory (Strategic Partnering)
Serve as a central point of contact for competition law matters within a global organization, providing expert legal advice on EU and general antitrust laws.
Support business activities (e.g., commercial strategies, pricing, distribution models, collaborations, mergers & concentrations) to navigate applicable competition rules.
Instruct and manage external counsel where necessary.
Partner closely with Public Affairs and other cross-functional teams on policy-related initiatives, regulatory developments, and advocacy
