What makes the job special? - Your responsibilities
As a Working Student - you will support the IT Service Desk team with first-level user support, ticket handling and documentation for employees across EMEA,



helping to keep daily operations running smoothly in a multicultural environment.
Infrastructure & End-User Services: Assist with Windows laptop setup, basic hardware troubleshooting, software installation, Microsoft 365 support, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint issues, printer and peripheral support, and onboarding/offboarding preparation.
Ticketing & User Support: Log, update and follow up support tickets, communicate clearly with users in English and Spanish, escalate issues when needed, and help with access requests, mailbox permissions and standard IT service requests.
Governance, Reporting & Knowledge Base: Keep accurate work notes, support IT assets and licence tracking, contribute to simple reports, and help create or update knowledge base articles for recurring issues and internal IT processes.
