In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining process safety standards and initiatives in a leading international specialty chemical company.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategic DirectionLead the Global Process Safety Experts network and SME team.Develop and implement general process safety roadmaps.Steer process safety initiatives to improve process safety standards at site and global level.Set Clariant's process safety standards and steer the implementation.Communicate process safety performance and risks to the Business Units.Foster a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.Technical OversightProvide expert process safety guidance and thought leadership.Steer compliance with process safety standards in projects and operations.Enable high quality process hazard analysis, change management, pre-start-up safety reviews, etc...
