Key Responsibilities
Monitor, investigate and analyze the performance of tools, workflows and anti piracy programs.
Support operational tasks within Anti-Piracy workflows.
Identify and report issues related to operations; create clear, well-documented tickets.
Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Document processes and maintain operational guidelines.
Required Skills
Basic proficiency in Python (data manipulation, API integration, automation).
Fundamental knowledge of databases and query operations.
Familiarity with Linux and command-line environments.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (knowledge of IPTV and streaming protocols is a plus).
Ability to learn quickly and adhere to operational procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English .
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Interest in cyber-security.
Interest in piracy/anti-piracy.
