We're looking for an experienced
Verification Team Lead
to join an innovative semiconductor company developing cutting-edge SoCs.

100% Remote within Spain
Applicants must be current residents of Spain
Your Role
As Verification Team Lead, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers.
Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs.
Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure.
Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams.
Review verification environments, methodologies, and coverage metrics.
Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading verification teams.
Strong expertise in




SystemVerilog
and
UVM .
Extensive experience with
SoC Verification .
Solid understanding of
Low Power verification
(UPF/CPF or equivalent).
Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
