This role has a key part in maintaining financial discipline, strengthening internal controls, and supporting business teams with timely MIS reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to internal controls, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholdersReports To: The Finance and Accounts Executive will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).Accounting OperationsRecord daily accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.Manage Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR).Verify supplier invoices and process payments.Issue customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.Financial Control & ReportingPerform bank and ledger reconciliations.Maintain accurate expense records and account classifications.Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.ComplianceAssist with VAT returns, statutory filings, audits, and compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations.Maintain organized financial documentation.Coordination & Process ImprovementCoordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate financial information.Use ERP and accounting systems to record transactions.Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and tax regulations is preferred.Proficiency in
