Are you a Chinese-speaking sales professional based in Europe, with a track record of winning complex B2B deals in the energy or engineering sector?
Our client is one of China's largest energy equipment manufacturers, listed on a major stock exchange and active in 40+ countries. Through its European subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Spain, the company is delivering large-scale power transmission projects across Spain, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Portugal, and beyond.
We are looking for driven individuals to take ownership of their assigned country market, build local relationships from the ground up, and grow with a business that is still in its most exciting phase of European expansion.
What you will be doing
- Driving sales growth and hitting annual targets in your assigned country
- Identifying project opportunities, managing the bid process, and closing contracts
- Building and leading a local team over time
- Reporting market intelligence and project progress to headquarters
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, HSSE, and quality standards

What we are looking for




- 3+ years of overseas sales or project development experience in Europe
- Fluent English and Mandarin (both are essential for this role)
- Experience with international project tendering and contract negotiation
- A degree in Engineering, Business, International Trade, or a related field
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and genuinely open to a long-term overseas posting
- Spanish, Italian, or other local European language skills are a strong plus
