Accountable for successful completion within project scope and deliverablesDetermine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutionsBuild and maintain robust data pipelines for training, testing, and evaluating various Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or traditional machine learning models, and engineer solutions using appropriate AI/ML frameworks and librariesStay current with the latest GenAI and traditional AI/ML research and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into product offeringsImprove and optimize model performance, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiencyProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientistsEnsure code and model development are well-documented and adhere to EW engineering practicesPerform incidental general and administrative tasks as required.What you'll need (Required):
