Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a IT Security & Legal Compliance Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top general pharmaceutical companies.
Tasks & Responsabilities
- Support the global operation, administration of Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management and related processes in alignment with applicable regulatory, data privacy, and internal governance requirements.
- Continuous improvement and optimizing of IRM policies and related processes, including indicators, thresholds, escalation paths, and maintaining/updating documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality safeguards and ensure auditability for IRM-related activities and case information.
- Coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Security, and other business stakeholders to align IRM processes with approved governance standards.
- Monitor, triage, and document IRM alerts and cases in accordance with approved procedures, and collaborate with authorized teams on escalations.
- Support follow-up investigation workflows arising from IRM alerts,



including evidence collection and analysis of technical log files and other relevant data sources.
- Prepare recurring metrics, reports, and status updates on alert trends, case volumes, process effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive testing, validation, change management, and user readiness for new or updated IRM policies, features, and operating procedures.

Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management, Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, or comparable insider risk or data protection platforms.
- Understanding of insider risk management concepts, including risk indicators, policy configuration, alert triage, case management, escalation workflows and audit-ready documentation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and signals, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint-related activity, as they relate to insider risk sc
