Together with a young, highly motivated team you will build and run the Di F Windtunnel for performance engineering. We are looking for a Performance Engineer with focus on performance testing and optimization who combines technical expertise with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will: Performance Testing & Optimization Regularly conduct performance, load, and stress tests on web applications to ensure compliance with defined SLAs. Analyze frontend performance using modern tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Web Page Test, Dynatrace) and browser developer tools. Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend, APIs, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements. Collaboration & Quality Assurance Own and lead the Windtunnel as a recurring engagement program. Manage and prioritize the team's workload, incident support and ad hoc requests across teams. Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to integrate performance testing
