WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Implement and configure observability and monitoring solutions across applications and infrastructure.
Monitor application performance, system health and service reliability in real time.
Analyze telemetry data, logs and metrics to troubleshoot complex issues.
Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term stability improvements.
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incident resolution.
Optimize observability dashboards, alerts and monitoring thresholds.
Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis initiatives.

Dynatrace, New Relic and AppDynamics
Prometheus and Grafana
Splunk and Elastic Observability (ELK Stack)




OpenTelemetry, Jaeger and Zipkin
Python and Bash Scripting
Docker and Kubernetes
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platforms
CI/CD and DevOps Tooling
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
5+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability or Site Reliability-related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
Solid understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs and traces.
Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing technologies.
Knowledge of cloud-native environments, microservices and containerized applications.
Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Professional level of English.
WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
Office attendance: 3 days per week
Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
