The Asset Manager, will manage the investments and portfolio of renewable energy assets and will manage relevant transactions and operations. The role is based in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.
- Monitor financial, operational, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal asset value.
- Lead relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.
- Collaborate with O&M; teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
- Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices, and process enhancements.
- Manage asset budgets, P&L; performance,



reporting requirements, and support audits.
- Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.

Requirements:
- Plus 3 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, operations, or a similar role.
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of solar PV and renewable energy asset operations.
- Experience with utility-scale BESS assets is an advantage.
- Solid commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
